Vuqar Muzaffar oglu Maharramov

Born 2 aprel 1975.

In 1991 finished secondary school N1 named after Ismet Gaibov. In 1993 entered Azerbaijan Agricultural Academy named after S.Agamaoglu on the faculty of electrification and automation of agricultre, in 1997 defended diploma. In 2000 entered the courses of prequalification at AzAA faculty of economics.

From 1996 till 2000 worked in the bank sphere. Since 2001 has worked in the internet club.
