In 1984 finished secondary school N_4. In 1991 graduated Azerbaijan Agricultural Academy (faculty of economics) with red diploma.

Since 1993 have worked in the bank sphere. From 1996 is the manager of Ganja branch of the International Bank.

Dissertant of Azerbaijan Institute of Economics.
Married, two children.
