Garay Mamay oglu Gulubayov

Born 17 august 1949.

Graduated Azerbaijan Agricultural Academy (faculty of mechanics). Candidate of Technical Sciences, has more than 100 scientific works and nearly 20 inventions.

At the present works as a senior inspector of the State Labour Inspection and as a lecturer of mathematical department of Ganja University.

Married, two children
